Cancellation policy

Some INURAI items may be available for pre-order before they ship. Here's how that works:

• You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships. Send us a message through our contact form with your order number, and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund — no fees, no questions asked.
• This is a one-time charge, not a recurring subscription. Your card is charged once at the time of order; you will not be billed again.
• Once your pre-order ships, our standard Return & Exchange Policy applies instead of this cancellation policy.
• If we're unable to fulfill your pre-order (for example, if a limited run sells out before we can produce your item), we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund automatically.
