1. General Information

INURAI STUDIO sells custom-printed dog and human hoodies and related apparel through our Shopify-powered online store. All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. As a result, items are produced specifically for you after each order is placed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You have provided accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
• You agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Products

3.1 Print-on-Demand Nature

All products are custom-made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection (except under our First Purchase Size Exchange Policy below), or change of mind.

3.2 Color & Display Variations

Product colors displayed on our website may vary slightly from the finished item due to differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, and the printing process. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or reprints.

3.3 Sizing

We provide detailed size guides on each product page for both human and dog sizing. We strongly recommend consulting these guides before placing your order. Sizing can vary between product types. We are not responsible for size selection errors, except as covered under our First Purchase Size Exchange Policy.

4. First Purchase Size Exchange Policy

To help new customers shop with confidence, we offer a one-time size exchange on your first order, subject to the following conditions:

• Applies to size exchanges only. Design, color, and style changes are not eligible.
• Covers both dog hoodies and human hoodies on the same first order.
• One exchange per order (not per item). If you order multiple items, only one item may be exchanged.
• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of producing and shipping the replacement item.
• This policy applies to your first order only. Subsequent orders are subject to our standard no-exchange policy for sizing errors.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@inuraistudio.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and the size you would like to exchange to.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Eligible issues include:

• Significant printing errors (e.g., blurred design, misaligned print, missing elements).
• Material defects (e.g., holes, tears, or seam failures present upon arrival).
• Wrong item received (wrong size, color, or design from what was ordered).

To report a defective or incorrect item, contact us through our contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care are not covered.

6. Order Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. We cannot guarantee cancellation as production may have already begun. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@inuraistudio.com with your order number.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Production Time

Most orders require 3 to 7 business days for production before they are shipped. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.

7.2 Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

7.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. Contact us and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for confirmed deliveries.

7.4 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us within 2 hours and we will attempt to correct it before production begins.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on [yourstore.com] are the intellectual property of INURAI STUDIO unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission. 

10. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and use your personal information only to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell your data to third parties. 11. Limitation of Liability

INURAI STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INURAI STUDIO, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our products, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
