How do preorders work?

When you place a preorder, your card is charged in full at checkout — this reserves your item and lets us start production. Shipping date for the current drop is published on the product page. Because every hoodie is custom-printed in small batches here in the Bay Area, timelines can vary slightly by drop — we'll always give you the most current estimate at checkout and keep you posted if anything changes.

 

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged in full at the time you place your preorder, not when it ships. This is standard practice for made-to-order and small-batch drops — it's what allows us to commit to printing your specific size and design.

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

We work hard to hit our estimated ship windows, but if a preorder is running behind schedule, we'll email you before your estimated ship date with an updated timeline and the option to either wait or cancel for a full refund. If we ever can't provide a firm new date, we'll tell you that too, and you're always free to cancel for a full refund at any point before your order ships. We'll never charge you for an item without giving you a clear estimated ship date and the ability to change your mind.

Where are your products manufactured?

Every INURAI piece starts with US-sourced blank garments — quality heavyweight fleece hoodies made right here in the US. From there, each design is hand-applied to the garment right in the Bay Area, where INURAI is based. We keep production local and small-batch, so every hoodie (human or dog-sized) is finished close to home rather than mass-produced overseas.

 

How can I find more information about a product?

Individual product pages have lots of useful information including photos, features, care instructions, and size guides. In addition, you can also find the care instructions on the item(s) themselves.

 

How do I clean my products?

Most of our items are machine-wash-friendly! To keep the designs looking vibrant and ensure longevity, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle and hanging them to dry.

 

Sizing

How can I find the right size for my dog?

1. Neck: Measure around the base of your dog’s neck where a collar naturally sits.
   Do not measure high up near the head. Allow 1–2 inches of room for comfort.
2. Chest (Girth): Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs. Keep the tape snug but not tight. This is the most important measurement for proper fit. 
3. Back (Length): Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

What do I do if my dog is in between sizes?

When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit! The chest measurement is usually the most important factor for a great fit, so we suggest prioritizing that over neck or back length.
